Charges
Every movie production (excluding video conversions) carries an initial charge of £40 to cover the preliminary preparation work and uploading of your material, and the cost of producing one complimentary copy of your video in the format of your choice. DVD is our current recommended format, combining quality, ease of use, menus, and versatility.
However, we can provide a copy of your production on DVD, VHS, VCD, AVI, MPEG & WMV. (If you want your video in any other digital formats please contact us first.) This initial charge is payable with your submission of material (photos and/or video).

Our other charges simply relate to how much 'raw footage' (photos and/or video) you submit to be edited or converted using the movie submission form. These fees are payable before despatch of the finished movie.
For Movie Production
- 50p per digital photo submitted
- £1 per paper photo submitted (max. A4 size, cost covers digital scan and formatting)
- £30 for the first 15 minutes of raw footage submitted
- £30 for every 15 minutes submitted thereafter up to one hour
- £80 for each additional hour of footage submitted
For Video Conversion
Conversion from VHS to DVD (or the format of your choice) is simply £25 per VHS VIDEO submitted up to THREE, FOUR for £80, SIX for £100, and £10 per additional VHS VIDEO thereafter. We also convert formats other than VHS, please contact us if interested.
ANY ADDITIONAL COPIES OF WORK WE DO CAN BE REQUESTED FOR ONLY £5 EACH
So for example if you had 15 minutes of camcorder footage, and 40 digital photos of a week’s sailing holiday in the Algarve, and you wanted a movie of this footage made and produced on DVD Video, with a copy for you, and an additional three copies for friends and relatives, here’s
how the costs would break down:

Plus, £30 for the video footage submitted, £20 for the digital photos submitted, and £15 for three additional copies of the DVD Video. (A total of FOUR copies of your movie).

BETWEEN FOUR THIS WOULD BE ONLY £26.25 EACH!
